How long does domestic and international shipping take?
Orders within the UK are typically delivered within 1-2 business days via DPD. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items may be subject to different terms.
How should I care for my heavy-weight jerseys and knitwear?
To preserve the integrity of our custom-milled fabrics, we recommend washing garments inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Do you restock sold-out items?
As part of our commitment to essentialism, we frequently restock our 'Core' collection. However, seasonal drops and limited collaborations are generally not restocked once they sell out.
Are customs duties included for international orders?
