Returns & Exchanges

At Cole Buxton, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity labels remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected within 5 business days, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
